Cabeçada Exercises
 - Make sure to ALWAYS protect your face with your arms when you do a cabeçada!
 - With two people, have one person do a handstand and the other does a cabeçada
 - Same as above drill, but one person aús and the other cabeçadas it
 - Person A does meia lua de frente (or quiexada, armada, martelo, chapa, esporão, meia lua de compasso, or any other kick) Person B dodges it while staying close to Person A, and as soon as A's kick passes, B enters with a cabeçada. Practice slowly at first to get the timing right.
