Macaco Exercises
 - Any spinning kick into a cocorinha, then macaco back the other way
 - Stall the macaco in a handstand
 - Macaco into aś batido or double aś batido (sometimes called aś malandro)
 - Macaco + front handspring
 - S-dobrado into macaco
 - Small closed macacos: keep your knees bent and your body protected
 - Throw your legs sideways rather than straight back over, using the macaco as a kick
