A Sem Mo Exercises/Combinations
 - Tools for learning it:
     - Practice one handed as
     - Practice two handed as, but JUMP and delay the hand plant (and gradually increase the delay)
     - Try doing a very low, small a sem mo (just hop your legs around) and as you build confidence, jump higher and get more vertical
 - Meia lua de compasso into ASM
 - Esquiva one way, ASM to the other side
 - Rol or rol alto into ASM
 - S-dobrado followed by ASM
 - A into ASM, or two ASMs in a row. Or a, one-handed a, ASM
 - Try tucking your legs in the middle of the ASM so it's like a sideflip
